If you are not 100% satisfied after 1st session, we will refund you the remaining balance. No refunds after 2nd session.
1. Payment is due at least 72 hours in advance to reserve your spot. I keep track record on my end will be sending reminders most of the time but all parents should track this on their end as well because we have multiple people to keep an eye on and sometimes timing may slip.
2. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice will count as a used session, except in a true emergency. It is very difficult to fill a reserved time at the last minute.
3. If a player cancels or reschedules more than 2 sessions in a row, their recurring spot may be released to someone on the waitlist. At this point maybe I am not a good fit for you if there is not enough value in time spent together. Most of my players are serious about their development. Those players are welcome to come back once they are motivated to commit to consistency. If you want to temporarily pause due to vacation trip or injury let me know and we can do that. But I can’t guarantee the same open slot upon return.
4. Each person signing up with European Soccer Coach will receive a short liability waiver, payment and media policy to sign before starting training.
